💾 Sources

Sources are a generic abstraction that basically allow you to control how Layer speaks to your users. Good sources often include things such as:

1. Knowledge bases / Intro Docs: Knowledge bases such as Document360, Confluence, and more.
2. Additional Onboarding Material: Websites, Powerpoints, Text documents and more provide fantastic context to Layer.
3. Suggestion Sources: These are (question, answer) pairs that say "if the user asks this" --> "respond like this".
